x402 Swap workflow

1. Request a free quote, optionally supplying an affiliate.
2. Check depth, slippage, minimum output, and affiliate status.
3. Authorize $0.01 USDC and request construction.
4. On a retryable liquidity error, wait as directed and request a new quote without raising slippage automatically.
5. Sign and broadcast externally.
6. Track free for 30 days.

The default hard slippage ceiling is 300 bps. The included 10 bps fee is split 7/3 only when an optional affiliate is applied. Raw affiliate addresses need no x402 Swap registration, but constrained source-chain memos may require a short protocol name; the quote reports this and links to the optional solution. Failed liquidity checks do not settle the construction payment.
